My personal experience with the CANTIENICA® method

Sport, exercise, flow – basketball, cycling, dance. These constants have been a part of my life until cartilage damage in my foot presented my body with unforeseen challenges. Thanks to CANTIENICA® training, I have found a way to ‘wrap’ my foot in muscle support and relieve the pressure on it, so that I am now almost always pain-free and face no limitations in my daily life. Even the neck and lower back pain that used to be my constant companions has disappeared.
