At the weekly live classes, held in beautiful locations in Berlin-Wilmersdorf and Friedenau, you can realign your body and mind and recharge your batteries. If you’re training live from home, you’ll need as much space as possible so that the camera is positioned such that I can see you fully to coach you online. The on-demand video workouts are for people who can’t get enough, or have a very busy schedule.

And above all: whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you’re very welcome, and I’ll meet you at your current level. Even if you have physical limitations, we’ll always try to find a personalized solution for each exercise.

The CANTIENICA® method was developed by the Swiss Benita Cantieni. She herself writes on her Website: “The CANTIENICA® method strengthens your deep muscles, precisely aligns your posture and, when practiced regularly, can relieve chronic pain. (…) The training aims to strengthen and stabilize the body’s core – in particular the pelvic floor, the deep muscles and the spine. This core stability improves posture and lays the foundation for smooth, pain-free movement in everyday life.”

It can provide relief from a range of ailments – provided you exercise regularly:

CANTIENICA® training empowers you to become part of the solution yourself. My own experience illustrates this perfectly: following ankle surgery – which was absolutely necessary and prevented further damage to the cartilage – both the surgeons and the physiotherapists were at a loss at one point as to what to do about my persistent foot pain. The idea that it is possible to relieve joint pain by training the deep muscles helped me to believe that I could ‘wrap’ my ankle with muscle in such a way that the joint space remains wide and the pressure on the foot cartilage is kept to a minimum. It works: I am almost always pain-free!

Regular practice is key here. There are many other examples of significant pain reduction or even complete freedom from pain, or breakthroughs – for instance, in regaining awareness of the pelvic floor after pregnancy and childbirth! The wonderful thing about CANTIENICA® training is its long-term, lasting effect: once you’ve grasped the principles, your body will almost ‘demand’ them. You’ll even be able to help yourself in some acute pain situations, because CANTIENICA® training gives you the tools to better understand your body—that biomechanical masterpiece—and use it in accordance with its design.

Absolutely! That’s the beauty of the CANTIENICA® method: beginners and advanced practitioners can have very different experiences in the same session and both gain a lot from it. A beginner will probably be able to follow slightly fewer instructions at once, whilst an advanced participant can increase the intensity by incorporating more repetitions or by implementing all the instructions simultaneously in the body. Both beginners and advanced participants will leave the lesson feeling light and upright.

Absolutely! In CANTIENICA® training, we strengthen the deep muscles, which are only intensively trained in a few sports. I know of numerous examples that show that the applied CANTIENICA® principles, the deep stability from within and the upright posture ensure that you can practice your existing sports even more efficiently or intensely. This is the case for me, for example, with cycling and dancing. One of my clients recently ‘outpaced’ her fellow hikers – in terms of distance and stamina – because she consistently applied the principles. I don’t see CANTIENICA® training as a sport in its own right, but as a wonderful foundation that enables you to practice your favorite sport(s) for a long time to come and in good health.

The ten session pass is valid for twelve weeks from the date of purchase – to be precise, the weeks in which classes are held. This means you can attend ten times within those twelve weeks and still miss a session or two if life gets in the way.

By the time I’d taken two lessons on consecutive days and felt the healing, focusing and liberating effect on my mind, I knew I wanted to incorporate the CANTIENICA® method into my life as much as possible. I love working with people; everyone is unique and multi-faceted. This keeps things varied and very fulfilling: I’m just as delighted as my participants themselves when they have an ‘aha’ moment or a physical ‘breakthrough’.

The perfect start to the new week! We train via Zoom, so even if you’re always on the go or have a busy schedule, you can still enjoy CANTIENICA® training. Even online, I can provide personalized guidance on the positions and offer coaching, so you’ll still receive my personal support and be able to progress.

On-demand video training – Train whenever you like, on top or as a base

Is one session not enough for you? Is your body craving more? Or does your current workload prevent you from training regularly live? No problem: train with me whenever your schedule allows – with my on-demand video workouts. The current video selection includes various videos with different focuses, e.g. pelvic floor activation, shoulder mobility and spinal alignment, or diaphragm activation. This allows you to repeat and consolidate the exercises. And the best part: the videos vary in length (15, 30 and 60 minutes per focus), so they fit perfectly into your daily routine. The subscription is valid for 3 months at a time. During this period, you have access to all content – as often as you like.
