CANTIENICA® training empowers you to become part of the solution yourself. My own experience illustrates this perfectly: following ankle surgery – which was absolutely necessary and prevented further damage to the cartilage – both the surgeons and the physiotherapists were at a loss at one point as to what to do about my persistent foot pain. The idea that it is possible to relieve joint pain by training the deep muscles helped me to believe that I could ‘wrap’ my ankle with muscle in such a way that the joint space remains wide and the pressure on the foot cartilage is kept to a minimum. It works: I am almost always pain-free!
Regular practice is key here. There are many other examples of significant pain reduction or even complete freedom from pain, or breakthroughs – for instance, in regaining awareness of the pelvic floor after pregnancy and childbirth! The wonderful thing about CANTIENICA® training is its long-term, lasting effect: once you’ve grasped the principles, your body will almost ‘demand’ them. You’ll even be able to help yourself in some acute pain situations, because CANTIENICA® training gives you the tools to better understand your body—that biomechanical masterpiece—and use it in accordance with its design.
The ten session pass is valid for twelve weeks from the date of purchase – to be precise, the weeks in which classes are held. This means you can attend ten times within those twelve weeks and still miss a session or two if life gets in the way.
Two words: my dedication and enthusiasm. I enjoyed my first session in November 2022 and was immediately hooked. By the time I’d taken two lessons on consecutive days and felt the healing, focusing and liberating effect on my mind, I knew I wanted to incorporate the CANTIENICA® method into my life as much as possible. I love working with people; everyone is unique and multi-faceted. This keeps things varied and very fulfilling: I’m just as delighted as my participants themselves when they have an ‘aha’ moment or a physical ‘breakthrough’.
